Why won't the vacuum work even when submerged in water and turned on? 1. Make sure to recharge the battery. 2. Ensure that the filter net is properly installed or that the lower cover is installed correctly. 3. Press and hold the red power button for 3-5 seconds. Wait for 1 minute after submerging the machine into the water.

Why does my machine keep stopping? 1. Check if the machine is completely submerged in water. 2. Examine if there is anything wrapped around the impeller inside. 3. Verify if the casing is buckled securely in place.

Why won’t the machine charge? 1. Turn off the device before charging, as it won't charge when powered on. 2. Inspect the charging port for any signs of water damage or dirt that may obstruct charging. 3. Request a replacement USB charging cord if necessary.
